Dr. Shannon Atwell is a Chiropractor at Logan Chiropractic Ann Arbor. Dr. Atwell is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Academic Excellence award.

Dr. Atwell Is originally from Bloomfield Hills, MI where she grew up playing various different sports. She fell in love with volleyball at a young age and spent years playing on various AAU National teams and for Marian High School. Dr. Atwell played college volleyball at John Carroll University, an NCAA DIII school in Cleveland, OH.

Dr. Atwell’s love for sports and passion for health and fitness led her to discover chiropractic care. She experienced relief from chiropractic care while struggling with low back pain from volleyball and weight training in college.

While attending Palmer Florida, Dr. Atwell combined her passion for sports and chiropractic by becoming involved in Palmer Florida’s Sports Council. Dr. Atwell served as the President of PCCF Sports Council as well as the PCCF Student Representative for the Professional Football, Baseball, and Hockey Chiropractic Societies.

Dr. Atwell learned about sports chiropractic from NFL, MLB, and NHL doctors by attending seminars and symposiums during her academic career.
